This very first project is to introduce the students to the architectural lettering and to know more about our own self. By doing this project, we are able to practice ourselves on how to write like an architect. There are a lot of tutorial on Youtube that we can have as a guidance. In this project, i learnt many new things especially about how does architecture lettering looks like. It requires us, students to practice a lot to have that neat and sharp handwriting. As for me, I practiced through watching videos and examples from the internet. There are a lot of ways and styles. But I wanted to have my own style so I practiced a lot too. I am a little disappointed with my first project because the size of my lettering is not the same. this is because i did the wordings one day before submitting and it was a very hectic week as we had a camp on the weekend. But, I admit it was all my fault as I didn't plan my week well and I procrastinated on the weekdays. Therefore, I learnt that, I have to plan my schedule and manage my time wisely. I shouldn't take risk by doing project last minute as it will be a disaster to myself. It is not only applicable to this course but also in everyday life.
